By downloading, installing, or using the TiniRoutine mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App. TiniRoutine is operated by Juju Baby (ABN 82 501 605 815) ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of Service
TiniRoutine is a family routine management application that helps parents organize and track daily routines for their children. The App requires a subscription to access all features, including:
- Core Features: Routine management, task tracking, profiles, calendar integration. Analytics, custom themes, multiple profiles, unlimited routines
3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
- You must create an account to use the App
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must provide accurate and complete information
3.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use
4. Subscription Services
4.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
TiniRoutine offers the following subscription plans:
- Monthly Subscription: $7.99 AUD per month
- Annual Subscription: $59.99 AUD per year (25% savings)
- Free Trial: 14-day free trial for new subscribers
4.2 Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
4.3 Pricing and Payment
- Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may vary by region
- All payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android)
- We do not store or have access to your payment information
5. User Content and Data
5.1 Your Content
- You retain ownership of all content you create in the App (routines, tasks, child profiles)
- You grant us a license to use your content to provide and improve our services
- You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws
5.2 Data Storage
- Your data is stored securely using Firebase
- We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information
- You can delete your account and associated data at any time
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limitations
- Share your account credentials with others
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Rights
- The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Juju Baby
- All rights, title, and interest in the App remain our property
- The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
7.2 Your Rights
- You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

- Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your account
